We at Firm Femme® want you to be 100% happy with your products. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, delayed or faulty, please let us know as soon as you are aware and within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective goods. Shipping within the United States takes normally 5-7 business days.

International shipping: We ship to a wide variety of overseas destinations, including the Europe, New Zealand and Australia. Shipping takes normally 10- 14 business days but may vary due to clearing customs.
